*Today, I have brought you a fun and delicious recipe – Chili Garlic Noodles. It’s super easy to make.. and it tastes just like restaurant-style noodles. So, without further ado, let’s get started!?
Ingredients:.
Noodles - 500 grams (boiled)
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 5-6 cloves (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 medium (sliced lengthwise)
Carrot - 1 (thinly sliced lengthwise)
Cabbage - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Green Chilies - 2 (finely chopped)
Bell Pepper - 1 (thinly sliced lengthwise)
Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Green Chili Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Red Chili Paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Coriander Leaves and Spring Onion - for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the Noodles:
First, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender..
Drain the noodles, rinse them with cold water, and then add a little oil to prevent them from sticking together.
2. Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, and onion into thin strips..
Finely chop the garlic and green chilies. Set all the vegetables aside.
3. Cook the Chili Garlic Noodles:
Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown.
Add the sliced onion and cook until it turns light pink.?
Now, add the carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, and green chilies. Stir-fry the vegetables on high heat for 2-3 minutes so they remain a bit crunchy.
Add the boiled noodles to the pan. Then add soy sauce, green chili sauce, tomato sauce, and red chili paste. Mix well.
Season with salt to taste and stir everything together thoroughly.
Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion.
