  1. How to make Pav Bhaji A full process Indian dish Pav Bhaji is a famous and delicious fast food of  Thecombination of spicy vegetables and tender, warm pav brings joy to the meal. When I make pav bhaji it is not just a dish, pav bhaji but a journey of sensations and memories for me..                                               Spices: 
  2. 2 tbsp pav bhaji : 
  3. masala 1/2 tsp turmeric.
  4. :powder 1/2 tsp pepper powder 
  5. :to taste 2 tbsp oil or ghee. 
  6.     Vegetables
  7. :2 medium peaches. (boiled and mashed)
  8.  :1 cup sweet potato (boile 
  9. :1/2 cup carrot 
  10. :1/2 cup capsicum.
  11.  :1/2 cup tomato 
  12. For pav: 
  13. 8-10 pav (bread do ugh).
  14.  : Butter optional. : Coriander for garnish. :Lemon for garnish.

  16.  1 Prepare the
  17.  vegetables:
  18. Prepare all the vegetables by washing and cutting peaches, sweet potato, carrot, capsicum, and tomato. 
  19.  2 Preparation:
  20. Heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a pan Add tomato and fry it gently till it becomes softand tender. 
  21. 3 Making Bhaji:
  22.   Now, add the chopped vegetables. Add peaches, matana, carrot and capsicum. Add masala (turmeric, pepper, and pav bhaji masala) and salt. Mix everything, cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add little water if required.
  23.   4 Preparation of pav: 
  24.    Heat some butter in another pan. Fry the pav on both sides in it until the pav becomes soft.    
  25. 5 Sarjan: 
  26.    Serve the hot pav with spicy vegetables. Garnish with coriander and lemon slices on top
