- :1/2 cup capsicum.
- :1/2 cup tomato
- For pav:
- 8-10 pav (bread do ugh).
- : Butter optional. : Coriander for garnish. :Lemon for garnish.

- 1 Prepare the

- Prepare all the vegetables by washing and cutting peaches, sweet potato, carrot, capsicum, and tomato.
- 2 Preparation:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a pan Add tomato and fry it gently till it becomes softand tender.
- 3 Making Bhaji:
- Now, add the chopped vegetables. Add peaches, matana, carrot and capsicum. Add masala (turmeric, pepper, and pav bhaji masala) and salt. Mix everything, cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add little water if required.
- 4 Preparation of pav:
- Heat some butter in another pan. Fry the pav on both sides in it until the pav becomes soft.
- 5 Sarjan:
- Serve the hot pav with spicy vegetables. Garnish with coriander and lemon slices on top
